Return Process

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the skincare products in their original boxes and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.
- 3.Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
